San juancito
The Church in San Juancito was established after outreach from Hurricane Mitch in 1998, with the first church service there in July 1999. After using a borrowed building to meet in for many years, through some help from the mission and donors in the US, the church members did almost all of the physical work to finish the current building in 2009.
Pastor Lito and his wife both work full time, but also invest quite a bit of time in the life of the church. This church is our first that is financially independent of the mission. |

Sampedrana
We began outreach in Sampedrana after a brother in the Church from Tegucigalpa noticed the overwhelming need when visiting with a governmental construction project. July 2002 was our first visit, and instantly we knew this was an area of incredible physical and spiritual need. People were dying from lack of food, and many did not know what it meant "to pray."
In 2007, through the help of a Church in the US that saw the spiritual needs in Sampedrana, the mission planted the Church on April 15th to be exact. From the first church service in the living room, the Church is now in a new building they built themselves. The Church participates in soccer ministry through a pitch built in the community, and is the home of Hill Climber Coffee. Pastor Juan is the leader of this Church in Sampedrana. |

cantaranas
This community is less than a half hour from San Juancito, where Pastor Jonathan was born. He had the desire to reach more people which eventually led to planting a Church in Cantaranas in 2008.
Pastor Jonathan is a full time pastor, and has also helped a new church plant in Guayavillas in 2021. |

talanga
This work began in 2009 and has seen many ups and downs, but Pastor Manuel continues to move forward in Christ to reach people in Talanga.
Looking for ways to help make the church work more financially independent, in 2010 His Eyes acquired a local TV station, Channel 15, and turned it into a Christian station! It is yet another beacon of God's light to this community...and many surrounding communities. This church has planted another church 1/2 hour away in Los Trozos that Pastor Manuel is nurturing. |

Las Botijas
This Church started via our Hill Climber Coffee farming in this community after taking over an existing work from other missionaries. In 2018 we moved Rony, a new farm manager from Sampedrana to take things over. His family meeting and praising God attracted others in the community to want to know more, and a Church was born!
Pastor Rony and his family are working there, and we are looking forward to what God will continue to grow in this area, and not just coffee! |

Danli
The church in Danli was not one His Eyes had planned, but came about through God's calling on Pastor Edwin, who has ministered here for over ten years.
In 2020 God opened doors and made it clear that we should support the church in buying property with two make-shift buildings (a house and meeting space), and financially support Pastor Edwin on a limited basis as he continues the Lord's work. We are excited for what God will continue to do in this community and beyond! |
